Pastor Troy Jacobs

Pastor Troy Jacobs has been serving Abiding Word Evangelical Lutheran Church since November 19, 2017.  Prior to our calling he served at Shepard of the Plains Lutheran Church in Fort Morgan, Colorado.  He had been a pastor at that church since 2008, where he served 80 members and 58 communicants.  Pastor Jacobs’ was ordained in 2000 where he was the sole pastor of two smaller congregations and assisted a larger congregation that already had a full-time pastor; St Matthew’s in Butterfield, St John’s in Darfur and St. Paul’s in St. James, Minnesota.  Pastor Jacobs has a wife and two children.
