I was born in Grand Forks, ND, to Joan and Ken Guillaume.  I am the youngest of four.

Although I was born in Grand Forks, we moved to Iowa when I was young, so I consider Sioux City my hometown.  I attended St. Paul's Lutheran grade school (Missouri Synod), and East Middle School (public), before attending Nebraska Lutheran High School (NELHS) in Waco, NE.  Nebraska Lutheran is a WELS Area Lutheran High School.
I graduated from NELHS in 1997, and went on to Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN.  I graduated from Martin Luther in 2001, and graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 2005.

For the past two years, I have served as a tutor at Luther Prep in Watertown, WI.  Perhaps a more descriptive title would be "dorm supervisor," although I did have some teaching and coaching responsibilities.  The Lord blessed my time at Luther Prep.  I enjoyed the interaction with the teens, and it was neat to be a positive influence in their lives.

Now the Lord has seen fit to call me for service at Abiding Word.  I am excited about this new opportunity.  I pray that the Lord guide us as we work together to build up his kingdom.

And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!" (Romans 10:15)
